Raymond D. Loewe is recognized as a college planning authority on both a national and local level as evidenced by appearances on Good Morning America, CNNfn, and CNBC.  Further he is frequently quoted in national and local newspapers and magazines, includeng The Wall Street Journal and Money Magazine.  Professional organizations often feature Ray as a speaker, most recently the Maryland Bar Association, The Annual Forum of The Society of Financial Service Professionals, and local Estate Planning councils and FPA groups.

Mr. Loewe has authored numerous college planning books, and more recently he has written books helping people plan the life they have always dreamed of, including "The Luckiest Guy in the World," "Family Money, Family Values, and your Family Legacy," and "A Passion to Learn."

Mr. Loewe holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

KC Dempster has worked with College Money for over 30 years.   She has been instrumental in the evolution of College Money as a prospecting source by teaching parents of college-bound students,  "How To Pay For College Without Ruining Your Retirement" and working with those same parents, and now grandparents, who want ensure their grandchildren's opportunity for a college education.

KC is frequently quoted in magazines and newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, the Baltimore Sun and Newsweek.  She has also appeared several times on CN8 a regional cable provider and on the local network news program, Mary Talks Money.  She has co-authored articles in industry publications and co-authored the books, "New Strategies for College Planning: an Advisor's Guide," published by John Wiley and Sons, Inc. and more recently, "How to Plan for College: An Advisor's Guide to Acquiring New Clients and Profitable Assets" published by The National Underwriting Company in September of 2007.

Ms. Dempster holds a BS in Business Administration from Widener University, Chester, PA.  She is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
