Raymond D. Loewe is a nationally recognized expert in college financial planning. His firm, COLLEGE MONEY, founded in 1978, is one of the oldest, continually operating college financial planning companies in the country.

KC Dempster has been a part of the college planning industry for over 18 years. She has taught seminars and counseled parents on how to plan and pay for college. Ms. Dempster actually earned her bachelors degree while attending college with her children, all made possible by what she learned while working at College Money.
Ms. Dempster is the Director of Program Development for College Money. She is involved with developing, marketing, and training financial services professionals in how to market their business through college planning. She is a speaker before professional trade groups and does much of the research and writing for College Money.
KC Dempster is frequently quoted in magazines and newspapers and has co-authored articles in industry publications as well as for the Genworth Center for Financial Learning website. Ms. Dempster co-authored the book, JK Lasser Pro New Strategies for College Funding: An Advisor’s Guide.
Ms. Dempster holds a BS in Business Administration from Widener University, Chester, PA. and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Meg Tallman has been a member of the College Money team since 2002. She presents seminars for parents and financial advisors to help them see the importance of college planning in the context of their other important plans.
As a College Money counselor, Meg works with parents and grandparents who seek assistance in developing their college plans. These customized plans include The Personal College Savings Plan, The Crisis College Plan, and the Grandparent College Assistance Plan.
Meg is motivated to help parents plan and save for college for two reasons: she benefited from several forms of financial aid while attending college, and she knows the pressures parents face today since is also saving for her young children’s educations.
Meg holds a BS with distinction from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business.
Mary Miller has over ten years of experience with both the college planning and financial planning fields. Most important is Mary’s practical college planning experience – she has put three children through college and has one more ready to graduate in two years.
Ms. Miller has completed the course work for the CFP® designation and will sit for the examination in the near future. She holds a Series 6 securities license and is Vice President of Financial Resources Network, Inc. the sister company of College Money.
Milton E. Eisenhardt has been the Director of Counseling Operations for College Money for over ten years. As such, he teaches college planning seminars and counsels parents on all aspects college planning. He has developed a fee-based practice coaching families through the college planning process.
In addition, Mr. Eisenhardt has over 20 years in the financial service industry. He has served as a regional director, trainer, teacher, and manager for insurance companies. And Mr. Eisenhardt has also been an assistant vice president for Miller, Mason & Dickenson, Inc., a national benefits consulting firm.
Mr. Eisenhardt is an alumnus of Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kansas and has both securities and insurance licenses.
